Here are the first few lines that Jean wrote to Bob Meaker on Sept. 25th 2001:

Hi Bob (Squeak)
Do you remember me? We go back a long way. I was also at Staple Hill County School!

Among those I remember are Jimmy Burgess, Richard Shean, Philip Roe, Stella Hore and Glynis Billenger to name but a few:-

My name was Jean Kelly then (now Jean Hawkins), and I also went to K.G.S. Can you remember way back in 1966 (no, not the World Cup!) you told me that Trevor Hawkins, a boy in the 6th form wanted to go out with me. Guess what......

   ...we have now been married for 31 years!
